Request Availability and Book your Reservation!
1) Complete and Submit the Date Availability Request form below.
2) I will contact you by phone withing 24 hours to confirm date availability, and email your Vacation Reservation Contract.
3) Within 24 hours, fax me the completed and signed Reservation Contract, and pay contract deposit via Paypal.
4) Full balance is due via Paypal no less than 7 days prior to check-in.
5) Upon receipt of full payment, your confirmation number will be emailed to you. Bring this Confirmation number with you to check-in at the Resort.
Reservation Information:

♦ No pets are allowed.
♦ Smoking is prohibited at resort. Strict penalties apply.
♦ All-Inclusive Plan: Add $90 USD per person per day. Minimum 3 days required for ALL guests on the reservation.
♦ European Plan {EP}: (1BR/1BA Suite)-Children 12 and under stay free with an accompanied adult. Max. occupancy of 4 people.
♦ Prices do not include sales or country tax. Additional fees may apply.
♦ Cleaning fees are additional.
♦ Unit pricing is based on maximum occupancy per night.
♦ Holiday Rates are slightly higher and a 7-night minimum rental is required.

Deposit Policy:
♦ For non-holiday stays, a 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of booking, and the balance is due no less than 7 days prior to check-in.
♦ A 100% full stay deposit is due at the time of booking for all holiday vacations.
♦ A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
♦ Holiday cancellations must be in writing at least 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date, to avoid penalties.
♦ Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date will be charged two night’s stay.
♦ For non-holiday reservations, cancellations must be made in writing at least 21 days prior to check-in date, to avoid penalties.
♦ Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to check-in date will be charged one night’s stay.
♦ Weekly rates are based on 7 consecutive nights.
♦ Price quotes are valid for seven (7) days
♦ If deposits are not received within 48 hours (2) days of confirmation notification, forfeiture of availability and rates may occur.

Why should I rent from you?
We guarantee that our Villa is the closest 2 Bedroom/3 Bath Villa & Suite to the ocean. Other travel sites will not guarantee or let you know in advance which Villa you will stay in, and you will likely be set much further back from the ocean or above the piano bar which plays until 1 AM. Also, our rates are considerably lower than any of the online travel/broker’s sites.
Do you have high speed Internet access?
Yes. There is a wired connection in the rooms. Please bring your own cable. There is also Wi-Fi throughout the resort. All is free to use. If you didn’t bring a computer, you can pay to use their Internet cafe which costs $5 for 30 minutes and they provide the computer.
If I book through you do I have the same resort privileges?
Absolutely. With one difference, you will be paying less for your vacation stay than the other guests, and you will have the premiere Villa & Suite locations
Do I have to book Saturday through Saturday?
No. You select the check-in date and the check-out dates you prefer, let us handle the rest. There is a minimum rental of 3 days. During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the Resort & Spa. Simply complete the reservation form and submit to reserve your vacation dates today!
Is this a hotel timeshare or condo?
Each Villa is individually owned. This is actually our second home. The resort does have Villas for sale.
What does the staff do?
The Platinum Concierge service is available 24 hours a day to satisfy your every need promptly and efficiently. The resort also provides 24 hour security and surveillance for your stay. Groundskeepers work meticulously to provide the most beautiful lush gardens throughout the resort.
What’s the average weather?
The weather is tropical and typical temperatures are highs in the 80′s and lows in the 70′s depending on the time of year. Summer months are often warmer and have more humidity.
Will my electric shaver or blow dryer work in Mexico?
Yes. Our electrical outlets are the same American-styled outlets for your electrical devices. The Villa & Suite have hair dryers, and for your convenience the Villa has an iron with full size ironing board.
